Zx is a personal heart rate coach specifically designed to guide individuals during their interval training sessions. Users have the option to create their own interval workouts or download workouts that have been created by the Zx community. The app includes regular updates to its official Zx workouts. Additionally, Zx is compatible with both the Apple Watch and any standalone Bluetooth heart rate monitor.

The benefits of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) are numerous:

 <li>Identification of the zone in which your workout heart rate spends the most time, allowing for better planning of future workouts.</li>

Open Mode (Apple Watch only): 
If you prefer an unguided session, Open Mode allows you to track your current zone and the duration you've spent in it.

Guided Interval Training: 
Zx assists users in maintaining a specific zone for an appropriate duration during their training.

Create Custom Workouts: 
The Studio feature enables users to design personalized, guided training sessions that align with their individual goals.

Download Workouts: 
Explore and download workouts created by other users, offering the opportunity to discover and remix various training routines.

Health Disclaimer: Zx does not have the capability to diagnose or treat medical conditions. It is specifically designed to guide individuals towards their maximum heart rate. While healthy individuals need not be concerned, it is advisable to consult with a healthcare professional prior to commencing any training regimen.

Subscription Terms: Subscriptions for Zx automatically renew on a monthly or yearly basis, unless they are canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. A three-day free trial is available for monthly subscriptions. The cost varies depending on the selected subscription plan, starting at $2.99 per month. Renewal charges are applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. The auto-renewal feature can be managed and disabled through the iTunes account settings after purchase. The cancellation of an active subscription is not possible during its active period. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription. By subscribing, users acknowledge their agreement to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
