Users have the option to create their own interval workouts or download workouts that have been created by the Zx community. The app includes regular updates to its official Zx workouts. Additionally, Zx is compatible with both the Apple Watch and any standalone Bluetooth heart rate monitor.

Subscription Terms: Subscriptions for Zx automatically renew on a monthly or yearly basis, unless they are canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. A three-day free trial is available for monthly subscriptions. The cost varies depending on the selected subscription plan, starting at $2.99 per month. Renewal charges are applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. The auto-renewal feature can be managed and disabled through the iTunes account settings after purchase. The cancellation of an active subscription is not possible during its active period.
